Cactus and Succulent Society of Southern Nevada
We meet year-round, on the second Sunday of each month, at the Las Vegas Springs Preserve. Meetings start at 2 pm. If that Sunday is a holiday, the meeting may be rescheduled; please contact Phil Lawton at 702-683-4962 or coachphil2@mac.com .
We are an active club of around 75 members who enjoy sharing our interest in plants with each other and with the object of educating members and people of the community in the appreciation of Cacti and Succulents while actively supporting conservation of these plants and the protection of their habitats. We hold one or two Show & Sales events a year, bring in guest presenters to our monthly meetings, publish a monthly newsletter, and take occasional field trips.
